Returns
Collection No. 01 has not yet been released. The returns policy below will apply once orders open and may be refined before launch.
Our commitment
We want every INFERLITH piece to feel right. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to request a return
Contact our concierge at inferlith@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization before any item is sent back.
Exclusions
Made-to-order, personalized, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless faulty. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
